They sit in a private parking lot and have Troopers walk out into the road and wave you into the parking lot. They are not wearing any protective florescent gear so when you come around the blind corner it could cause an accident with seeing a person standing in the road it scares you. They use Radar by leaning up against a wooden telephone post out of the way. Posted speed zone is 40 and then the next block its 45mph. If anything watch out on the entire road its constantly changing speed.
