Spur 316 north between 120 and 289
A 40 mph sign just north of 120. Over a small hill, the local enforcement officer sits in the entrance to a subdivision on the east side of the road. The downhill side of the road, and the relative absence of structures along the road make it easy to exceed the 40 mph limit.
