St. Charles Avenue near Napa Valley Parkway
Police park behind St. Charles median and walk out to Napa Valley (Bowman) to radar (hiding along sidewalk). Because the police are on foot, the speed trap is normally on "nice" days. Easy for the police to collect ticket $$$ in this upscale area – without the hassle of criminals and warrants. Some times they move down Napa to radar in the valley where the speed is also 35- you have to break going down hill from both directions. Lame LRPD.
