St. Charles Street near Simonds Street
When you’re approaching the City Limits on St. Charles, the speed limit becomes 50 km/h instead of 70 but it looks like you’re far away from downtown and still on a rural road. The cops always hide in a space between two houses ont the east side of the road. If you are going as low as 62, you’re dead!
