St. Joseph Street near 4th, 5th & 6th streets
Coming into Springfield off I-55 onto 6th Street, they will sit in numerous area businesses along 6th Street. If you are IN Southern View, be very sure you make full,complete stops at all Stop signs as well. They LIVE for those stops and rarely do NOT give tickets for disobeying stop signs.
