St Rt 30 on West side of light, 1/2 way up the hill to Wenger road
The "town fathers" have moved their reduced speed zone up the hill to the west. Then off of the south side of the road, they watch with the laser pointed right up the grade and the begining of the speed zone is then covered with no reaction time possible on the drivers part.
