St Rt 7 through proctorville
City cops like to hang out mainly at the second light coming in to town from North or south sometimes both directions, they also hide on the side streets so you can’t see them till it is way to late.They will pull you over for just about everything and anything they can think of just to waste your time.

What's even more amazing about Proctorville, the cops are really a joke if you've ever been stopped by them you'll find that their intelligence leaves alot to be desired but if you think they're bad, wait til you go before their so called "mayor"! Now you talk about a "wanna be", here's a guy who doesn't know his behind from a stop sign and shows it by the way he runs his mouth in his "court room". Likes to bully the people who come before him like they're major criminals for having a tail light out. The whole mayor, police force thing in Proctorville is a joke but they sure enjoy taking your money!
