Stadium Blvd. just south of West Broadway
Northbound on Stadium goes from 50 mph to 40 mph maybe 1/8 mile before it intersects with Broadway. I spotted a Columiba squad car parked on the shoulder about 15 or 20 feet past the 40 mph sign, just waiting to nail someone. I’m lucky I spotted him. That time of night (about 1 am), Stadium is empty, and it’s tempting to cruise at 70 mph.
