Stanton Avenue near Alondra Boulevard
A sheriff, usually in an unmarked car (you’ll usually won’t notice the sheriff until it’s too late), parks somewhere on Stanton between the two streets of Ashgrove and Stanbrook. He is very stern and will not only cite for speeding, but also for any illegal car adjustments such as tinted windows, lowered too low (he measures!), and etc.

Thank God for this Speed Trap, lots of motorists use stanton to get to alondra from rosecrans and vice versa so it becomes a race across stanton, very dangerous for us residents. New stop sign on Stanton/Stanbrook should help slow some of you down. Remember speeding can only cause an accident and worse a death!
