State Highway 1 near 800 N. Sepulveda Boulevard
Motorcycle officer sits in front of El Pollo Loco Restaurant with laser gun pointed at Northbound traffic on Sepulveda. Location is on a steep downgrade, and posted speed limit is 35-mph, but everyone is usually doing 40+ mph. I was able to beat this ticket by writing "County Seat Requested" on my ticket and had the case transfered to Inglewood, CA court, and the officer did not appear!
