State Highway 1 near Just North of State Route 16
They park behind an outcropping of trees just north of the RT 16 traffic light and watch the southbound lane. They are there 3-4 times per week and more so during the summer trying to catch tourists heading south for Rehoboth. It’s usually a motorcycle trooper who is off of his bike and standing on the side of the road with the radar (or laser) gun. So you don’t see him until it’s too late.
