State Highway 1 near Seal Beach Boulevard
Motorcycle cop in the dirt shoulder just at the bottom of the S.B. side of PCH as you go over the Anaheim Bay bridge. Pegged me for going 63 in a ‘posted’ 45 zone. Prevailing traffic is usually 60- 70 mph.
Not a jerk (actually , a polite cop), but definitely out to raise money.

Yes, right after you go over the bridge and are passing Surfside the speed limits drops 10 miles an hour. They just sit there and write tickets whenever they feel like it.
