State Highway 1 near State Park Drive
This area is usually enforced by the CHP. After passing State Park Exit on the Southbound side of Hwy 1; about 1/4 mile down there will be a turnout. The CHP likes to tuck inside the turnout, I would recommend to slow down. I’ve seen more than a few people get pulled over. They will usually be there early in the morning 5-9am, and later in the evening, 7:30-10 PM.
