The speed limit is 55 coming up to Honey Creek Bridge, then 50 as you cross the bridge and 40 1/2 way between the north end of the bridge and the first traffic light. If you take your foot off the gas when you cross the north end of the bridge you will automatically slow to 40 by the time you get to the 40mph sign. It is NOT a speed trap - very few people slow to 50 to cross the bridge.
