State Highway 101 near Wellsona Road
The speed limits are not posted in this area. In Monterey County (leaving King City) the speed limit is 70mph as soon as you cross into San Luis Obispo County (Going to Paso Robles) the speed limit changes to 65mph. And the CHP catches those who are doing 70 and over. I have personally seen 4 pulled over at one time.

This is one of the CHP's main bread winning stretchs of road. I used to lease hangar space to the CHP before they had their own, and it was where they did most of their surveilance. Watch out on 101 N & S between Paso & King City. That's why you'll see 3 or more cars pulled over at a time. The eye in the sky clocks several at a whack and radios make/model ahead to guys on the ground. Huge bread and butter operation for the CHP.
