State Highway 103 near Pleasant Street
When heading North on 103 as you enter Chester the speed limit drops to 40 from 50 and then immediately to 30. This is the correct limit for the area however the change is too quick. You must be very aware to reduce speed in time. The Chester police AND the stat police hang out near the transition from 50 to 40 and 40 to 30.

Was following traffic, first time driving that stretch, last car in the line, bam. Ticket.
Cop was a real d-bag on top of it.
Whole town is a speed trap. Big revenue generator. I have refused to spend a penny in the town for years as a protest.
