As your heading east torwards the Kingston ferry the speed drops to 25mph and the cops are hidden by the slight hill. They are usually there during high traffic times to hand out a voucher for the ferry to keep people from cutting in line as you can’t buy a ferry ticket without it, and tickets to the speeders…
