State Highway 11 near Marina Drive
Cop sits on side of the highway without lights in complete darkness about 2′ from road edge. Speed limit signs go from 45 to 55 in about 1/4 mile. Tickets are written within 10′ of the higher sign based on the lower limit. ie. 55 in 45 zone.
