State Highway 114
The area of 114 around Trophy Club is heavily patrolled by various police (on bikes, marked cars, unmarked cars). Now that new construction has started on 114, the limit has been reduced to 40MPH. They will pull you and ticket you for doing 45MPH. Saw 3 cars pulled by 3 different officers this morning at around 09h00

Rte 114 not under Trophy Club control. Keller police have contract for patrol thru Trophy Club and Westlake---since it is really not thier town, they just want to hammer revenue. Nobody to answer to in this arrangement.
