Eastbound 114: look for motorcycle or patrol car under MacArthur bridge or just before bridge. Begin lookout after passing the 161/Bush turnpike. Westbound 114: watch out for surroundings of MacArthur bridge, after passing the merging Northwest highway ramp. The highway 114 near MacArthur Blvd is 1.5 miles of straight road, 3 eastbound lanes, and 4 westbound lanes, with excellent visibility. Enforcement every workday, 9am to lunchbreak.
