State Highway 116 near hadley rd exit Street
State Trooper hids behind speed limit sign just off the edge of the road. Coming form Rt 9 Russell st the first exit heading north is Hadley Rd. Also hide under the overpass and can get you in both directions as ther is a turn around for state vehicles there
