State Highway 13 near City Limits
Highway 13 North toward Erin From Waverly. Limit is 45 mph on 2 lane highway in rural area. Going downhill past large cemetery on right, Waverly PD will sit at bottom of hill clocking you coming downhill just before leaving the city limits. PD will sit behind bushes and sign at entrance to cemetery. Very hard to maintain 45 mph on hill in rural area.
