State Highway 13 near State Route 13
Uses a Grey Unmarked car and sits there all day and night on Hwy 13 near the flags where the speed limit drops to 45.
Everytime I pass there I see him with a car on the side..
USES X band radar… stays on all the time

Yeah, I would say this set up is definitely a speed trap. Beware of props too, a "used car lot"....a trailer house with a "suv/pickup' parked near the highway...a motorist in distressed parked on the side of the road with cop cars 'helping'....you better slow down or else they'll get you!!
