State Highway 140 near Cancer Center
As you travel eastbound, leaving Westminster approaching Finksburg, there is a parking lot of a cancer treatment center (brick building) where state troopers use their radar to nail people. It is bordering a large field (only building on that side of the road)

Speed limit is 50. People that are caught are doing WAY OVER that. SLOW DOWN!!!
