State Highway 145 near Main Street
8 AM on Sunday morning during ski season. Rico is on road to Telluride, a popular Colorado ski area I was traveling 44 mph when limit changed to 30 upon entering town. No cars on main street except for local police man. Cost $65 and 1 point. I have not had a moving violation in 20 years.
