State Highway 146 near Central Trnpk Onramp
Just after the Central Trnpk onramp, there is a driveway, and State Police will have 2 troopers taking radar outside of their cruisers and up to 4 chase cars. This is about a mile after the speed limit drops from 65 to 55.
