State Highway 15 near Interstate 78
Just a small town with a 35 mph limit and all they have to do is try to write tickets.

I've never even seen a police car in Blue Mountain. Furthermore, Highway 78 is probably 20 miles away from Blue Mountain. State Troopers cruise through there, but as long as you aren't driving like an idiot, you won't be harassed.
the speed in blue mountain has been up graded to 45mph, the town local still works hwy15 on the north & south side of town at the end of the 45 zone but this same local also works shooting from a store parking lot on hwy15 a 100yrds south of hwy 2 junction .
