Generally, two officers work from the north city limit sign to the south city limit sign, one on each end and call back to one another to let each other know which vehicle to watch and/or to stop.

Ugh!! I'm gonna drive through here this weekend for the Strawberry Festival. What are the odds these punks are going to be harassing motorists instead of working security in the city and at the Festival?
