Location is behind a two-story building used as some type of office complex just before you get to the interstate overpass on the right as you are coming into town. State Police officers along with Tangipahoa Sheriff Department officers like to sit behind the building completely out of sight and stand outside the car with a hand-held radar clocking vehicles as they are approaching. You get about a half a mile past the overpass and look into your mirror and see blue lights behind you. The speed limit is 45 mph but they are pretty strict. I have been stopped at that location twice… once for 52 mph and once for 50 mph.
