There is no gradual speed limit drop and is only one sign right at the top of a hill after a straight stretch of 60. The police sit right over the little hill completely hidden. You really almost dont even have time to slow down to speed once you see the sign, without jamming on your brakes a bit. If you happen to be in a conversation or something and miss the only notice, they will be waiting to ticket you for 20+ mph over the limit!
