They will get you making an illegal turn off of Highway 22, and Highway 99, and then pull you over and give you a ticket for no seatbelt.

All you have to do to avoid a ticket for seatbelt violation is to wear your seat belt like more than 90% of your fellow motorists do. It's not only the law to save you neck, it's good advice. Pay attention.!
