State Highway 18 near Garden State Parkway
Don’t cross the solid line into the lane for the exit for the Parkway north, the cops STAND outside and then point you over to the shoulder for your seat belt ticket. Oh, the kind and generous police won’t give you an improper passing, but it would be to nice to let you off without anything on your way to work.

I think you mean Rt 9 just before the GSP, as Rt 18 doesn't hit the GSP until Tinton Falls which is exit 105 on the GSP...
