The trap lies just North of Bayard toward Silver City. The speed limit changes from 55,to 45 to 40 to 35 and to 30 over a short distance, and the changes are not very will marked. The local City cops are the ones manning the trap. The cop that pulled me over still had Mesquite brush hanging on his car from the bushes he had been concealed in. I received a ticket for going 45 mph in the 35 mph section.
