State Highway 183 at Carroll/County Stark County Line
Located just north/east of a traffic light on 183 (where you turn left to continue north/east on 183 towards Minerva from Magnolia). Obvious interest in out of state drivers. "Felony type" stop even of non threatening drivers with two a Carroll County Deputy hanging outside of both sides of your car.
