State Highway 19 near State Highway 412
Just north of the hwy 19/hwy 412 intersection SPD sits on the east side of the road near the town limit sign. Mostly at night when the darkness covers the car. If you are coming from the town, its just past the small hill on hwy 19. And also on 19 at the EBR/EF parish lines.
