Remember, the speed limit in Parker County is not 70! It is 65! (This is because Parker County has been identified by the state as having a problem with emissions and clean air. Thus they lower the speed limit in those places by 5 miles an hour.) The HP really like to catch people traveling east out of the 70 mph area who do not reduce their speed at the county line.
Just thought I'd update this trap because the speed limit is still 65 but the speed limit coming into this area is now 75. How do I know? I was just nabbed here on Saturday, August 18. I was driving with the flow and was not in front of the pack, in the right hand lane. I was so surprised when I was pulled over as I generally obey the speed limit. Like I said, I was going a little over 75 because that was what the last posted sign I saw said. Too bad I didn't know about this site sooner.
