State Highway 20 near Mile Marker 96
Entering from the west side of town, speed limit is 35 mph. Then it decreases to 25 mph in ths middle of town by a small car dealership. Be careful, as they sit there all the time.

In my opinion this is a dirty little trap.... as stated the speed changes for no apparent reason for just a few blocks... In my case the locals ahead of me doing the same speed (36( were not stopped but out of county cars evidently another story.... I used to always by gas and munches at Rockwell City but if that is what theur police department think of outsiders, they have got my last dime.... soon Hwy 20 four lane will bypass them and they can twist in the wind as their local speed trap dries up...
