Say you are going South on 202. You get to that traffic light where Naaman's Road (Correct Spelling) is.
That light is a Red Light Camera intersection and on your left is the Concord Mall.
The new speed trap that I have personally seen several times is further down the road, just past where the Sears is located near the Vitamin Shoppe store.
A Delaware State Trooper sits in the middle of the road (in the medial strip), facing you and runs radar out the front of his car.
