State Highway 21 near Exit Number 10
The cops park on the Van Houten overpass and shoot down onto Rt 21 – Both North and South. They then have 2-3 chase cars on the entrance ramp (1/10 mile past the overpass). You can’t see the chase cars at all. However, You can notice the cop standing on the overpass looking down. I regularly go over the overpass and see them there. The cop usually has a bench there to sit on as well. More often, it is toward the end of the month.

I saw a cop with a metal chair at the overpass. Once in a while he would stand up and point the radar gun at north-bound traffic. I saw a black unmarked cop car parked nearby this cop in the median of where Van Houten Ave begins. Apparently whenever there is any kind of blitz on aggressive drivers / speeders, they set up at this location.
