Bastrop City officer looking at west bound traffic as the speed changes from 60 to 50 entering the city limits. Tx DPS also works the divided portion the 21 in either direction from crossovers or private drives.

Define speed trap! The speed limit is posted at least 6 times in a 4 mile stretch of road. If you can read the King's English it is pretty clear. There is no trap, other then the one your heavy foot led you into.
Stop looking at your hood ornament, put down your cell phone, and drive.
