State Highway 21
Coming into the town of Newington the speed limit goes from 55mph to 45 mph to 35 mph all in less than 1/8 of a mile. A light is in the center of town and it is the reverse for leaving. They will catch you at the 45 to 35 zone. It pays for there traffic light

This isn't really accurate anymore, the speed limit only drops from a 65 to a 55 on Highway 21 going through Newington. It's still a speed trap, but highway 21 doesn't really go through town at all... it goes around it.
