What kind of city allows school zone safety to be trumped by revenue with a "set up" like this? Don't recall so much as a city limit sign which says you have enter Hico jurisdiction. Pride may not matter here, but then who would take pride that you can be zapped w/o notice given the absence of signs and also safety concern overtaken by revenue interest.
