State Highway 23 near State Route 90
On Hwy. 23 in Buras, La. near the big US flag pole, there’s usually a white Plaquemines Parish Police car(s) parked in the unlit neutral ground(median)pointed northbound. Very hard to spot. On the border between a 65mph and 55mph zone.
