State Highway 235 near State Route 40
As you enter the City of New Carlisle from the South on State Route 235 the speed drops from 55 to 35 then down to 25 right after you pass the What a Dog, a hot dog stand, city council has targeted this area as a study was done by the City that cars were doing as much as 80 mph through this part of the city limits.
