State Highway 24 near Hill entering Simla
Hill entering the small town of Simla. Police of Simla parked at bottom of hill speed 65 mph to 35 possibly legally short. Police at just edge of town and before 35 zone –base of hill–one after another. Appears to be continuously catching drivers entering town. Officer known for tactics described as writing up all seen and no digression used.
