CHP motorcycle will sit on the right shoulder of 24 westbound. Either LIDAR or RADAR. (I can see him from the train)

Usually during mid or end of the month.

6 PM or so.

I have driven this route at least seven times a week and have for the last 36 years. The traps aren't there during morning commute, but watch out early Saturday or Sunday mornings or late afternoons. You really get some speed up coming Westbound out of the tunnel and the CHP is hungry now a days. Jack
