State Highway 28 near Exit Number 19
Police cars observe from various locations in parking lots along corridor on route 28 going west from Kingston. Speed limit is 45 – not unreasonable but low – and it is easy for police to hide. Keep it under 50.

RTE 28 is a 4 lane road (two both ways) with a large shoulder. Driving 45mph seems unbearably slow. Either way they sit along this road particularly after the light (forest hill drive) on the left if your leaving Kingston going east. If going west into Kingston they sit right after the hill on your right hand side where Kenco is. Just don't do anything over 45 down RTE 28.
