State Highway 29 & 33
Coming from the North. speed limit drops from 65mph to 50mph…all highway..says because its in the city limits. Want to make everyone crawl through the area.

State highway 29 & 33 do not run together in Celina. 29 runs east/west through Celina and east to St Marys. 33 runs nw/se from Wilshire, OH to St. Marys. 33 & 29 run together on a 4-lane divided highway for about a mile on the north edge of St. Marys.
At any rate, the issue is the area around the SuperWalmart and Menards. Eastview Park and Pond can be seen from the road. If you're heading into Celina from St. Marys (but not on Rt 703), you'll run right across this area. Slow down!
