State Highway 3 near Burnstad Road
Known to be south of Napoleon, between Highway 13 and on Highway 3 going in to Napoleon. Normally happens during a sporting even when out of towners are coming in AND out of town, so before and after the game/match/tourney. Sheriff will sit at the bottom of two large hills or at the top of one or the other and hit people with radar as they come over one of the hills
