State Highway 31W near W Lincoln Trial Boulevard
As you are heading South on 31W heading towards Elizabethtown, KY, if you were to take a right onto W Lincoln Trail Blvd, there is a chance you could be pulled over. There are uniformed officers that are in an unmarked Ford Explorer that like to sit in parking lots and "pretend" to be a parked vehicle. DO THE SPEED LIMIT! They have no problem wirting the infraction.

Kill Devil Hills to Nags Head Elementry recently lowered the speed limit from 50 to 45 MPH.
